· A deposit of £100 per car is required upon reservation.

· No car or date is considered reserved without payment of the full deposit.

· A booking is for a maximum period of 3 hours from the agreed start time. Thereafter an hourly rate is chargeable as set out in the price list.

· All extras including additional time charges where not previously paid must be paid in cash on the day the service is provided.

· Methods of payment can be in cash or by cheque.

· The balance due in respect of a booking is payable as follows:

1. no later than 28 days prior to the booking for cheque payments.

2. no later than 21 days prior to the booking for cash payments

· For cancellations up to 31 days prior to the booked date the deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of £50.

· For cancellations within 30 days prior to the booked date, no refund will be given.

· The client must pay for any damage caused to our cars by the client or their party.

· All clients must abide by our No Smoking policy.

· Clients must behave in an appropriate manner.

· Iris Cars reserve the right to substitute an alternative car in the event of an emergency or circumstances beyond our control.
